FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) Lining
We apply FRP linings and coatings to protect concrete and steel structures from severe chemical attack and corrosion. This involves applying layers of fiberglass matting saturated with chemical-resistant resin (like vinyl ester or epoxy) to form a tough, monolithic, and impervious barrier inside tanks, trenches, and sumps.
Key Materials Used
Chemical-resistant resins (vinyl ester, epoxy, polyester), fiberglass chopped strand mat (CSM), woven roving, surface tissue, and catalysts/hardeners.
