Crack Repairing By Injection Lining

Structural Crack Repair by Injection

We seal active and dormant cracks in concrete using injection techniques to restore structural integrity and prevent water leakage. This low-pressure injection process involves sealing the crack surface, installing injection ports, and injecting specialized resins (epoxy for structural bonding or polyurethane for flexible, water-reactive sealing). The resin penetrates the full depth of the crack, bonding the concrete back together and creating a permanent seal.

Key Materials Used

Low-viscosity epoxy injection resins, hydrophilic/hydrophobic polyurethane injection resins, injection ports (packers), surface sealants, and dispensing pumps.
